Balanced Yoga

The Balanced Yoga classes offered at O'Wellness provide a holistic yoga practice that brings together balance, strength and breath control. While improving physical stability, they support mental focus. They create a balanced and centred feeling.

Balanced Yoga is a 55-minute holistic hatha-vinyasa blend yoga practice that gives equal weight to strength, flexibility, balance and breath control. It is neither fully dynamic nor fully passive; each session offers a balanced flow between active poses and long holds.

Class structure: breath and centring, warm-up with sun salutation variations, standing balance poses (tree, warrior III, half moon), hip openers and spinal movements, a short core block and deep relaxation. The instructor offers an easy and an advanced option for every pose.

For members who want to balance an intense fitness programme, Balanced Yoga is an ideal complement to the weekly plan; it improves both mental focus and movement quality.
