KVKK Privacy Notice

Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by O’Wellness Beytepe (the “Company”) in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below. Address: Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Bulvarı, 5328. Sk. No: 1/A, Yaka Beytepe, 06660 Çankaya / Ankara.

Personal Data Processed and Purposes

  • Identity and contact data (name, surname, phone, email): responding to information requests, scheduling membership and trial class appointments, and carrying out contractual processes.
  • Health data (information declared on the membership form and required for training safety): only with your explicit consent, for the purpose of preparing a program suited to you and ensuring facility safety.
  • Transaction security data (IP, cookie records): ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the website and fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Marketing data: campaign and event notifications, only if you have consented to receive commercial electronic messages.

Legal Grounds and Transfer

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest; health data and marketing permissions are processed based on your explicit consent. Your data may be transferred, limited to the purpose, to authorized public institutions where legally required, to the technology and communication providers we use, and to O’Wellness group companies.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request its rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to object to any outcome against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. You may submit your requests in writing to beytepe@owellness.tr or to the postal address above; requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
