What should I do in my first week as a new member?

Our instructors will recommend a class combination suited to your goals.

Health and safety questions

Can I start training if I have a health problem?

If you have a chronic condition, a recent operation or a special health situation, it is important to consult your physician before starting to train. Our instructors can adapt your programme in line with your physician's guidance, and you can also use Sports Physiotherapist support when needed.

Who should approach Reformer Pilates or intense classes with care?

People with pregnancy, a recent injury, serious joint problems or a cardiovascular condition are advised to choose their class or session with a physician's approval and instructor guidance. In such cases, working in a one-to-one format makes it easier to tailor the programme to the individual.

Trial session and first visit

Do I need an appointment for a trial session?

Yes, for the free facility tour and trial session we recommend booking an appointment in advance through the contact form or WhatsApp. This way the consultant who welcomes you can plan the tour and trial session around your interests beforehand.

Which areas can I see on my trial day?

On your trial visit you can look around the strength and cardio area, the Reformer Pilates studio, the O'Soul and O'Rise studios, the functional area and the changing rooms. You can also join a group class or Reformer Pilates session that interests you as part of this visit.

Do I need to bring anything besides sportswear to a trial session?

You do not need to bring any special equipment apart from sportswear and trainers. For those who want to try Reformer Pilates, non-slip Pilates socks are recommended.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Current payment options and instalment facilities may vary by membership type; for clear and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting our consultants.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

For corporate partnerships and invoice requests, it is enough to write to us through the contact form; our team will assess the conditions specific to you.

Club life and community

Are social events held at O'Wellness Beytepe?

Theme weeks, special class formats or information events may be organised from time to time; you can follow the current calendar on our weekly schedule page and at reception.

How can I settle in as a new member?

Our instructors value getting to know new members and understanding their goals; by trying different classes in the first few weeks, it becomes easier to find the format and time that suit you best. You can ask our reception team or the instructor of your class directly with any questions.

Can I take part in more than one class or service at once?

Within the services included in your membership, you can attend more than one class at suitable times; you only need to keep an eye on studio capacity and reservation status. For example, joining a group class in the morning and recovering with Mobility & Stretching at the end of the day can be a popular combination among members.

Frequently confused topics

How Reformer Pilates sessions are included in membership depends on the package structure; you can speak with our consultants for the current scope. Because the Reformer Pilates studio has limited capacity, places for sessions need to be reserved in advance.

What is the difference between one-to-one reformer and a group reformer class?

Group reformer sessions run with up to 6-8 participants at a time, whereas one-to-one reformer is offered under private services with a fully personalised programme and is usually preferred when there is a specific need (for example recovery or pregnancy).

Planning membership around family and work

How can I make the most of my membership with a busy work schedule?

How can I manage my membership during travel or busy periods?

During travel or busy work periods your usage frequency may drop; in such cases we recommend speaking with our consultants to learn about freeze or schedule flexibility options.

Can my partner or child and I come to the club together?

Family members can join together and use different classes or services at similar times; depending on capacity, you can also choose to attend the same class time. For age limits and conditions concerning children, get current information from reception.

Switching between Reformer Pilates and group classes

Some members change their interests over time; for example, starting with group classes and moving to Reformer Pilates, or the other way round, is quite common. It may be possible to update your membership scope as your needs change; you can speak with our reception team to learn the current terms. Those who want to try different class formats can look at our group classes guide for suitable options.

How are dietitian and physiotherapy appointments planned?

Is there an extra charge for a dietitian consultation beyond membership?

Dietitian consultancy and Sports Physiotherapist sessions are planned as separate services outside the membership scope in the private services section; you can reach us through the contact form for current pricing.

When is physiotherapy support needed?
